Muscle Testing, also known as Applied Kinesiology, is a tool that allows the practitioner to get input directly from the clients body, negating the need to guess with protocols. The beauty of learning this process is that it can be learned quickly and applied effectively by practitioner and layperson alike.

This clas will consist of 2 hours of lecture, 10 hours of practical hands-on learning and another 2 hours of Q&A spread out over 2 days. The lecture will delve into the pitfalls and possbilities of muscle so the practiitoner understands what to look for to avoid inconsistent and inaccurate muscle testing. As a hands-on practice we want you leaving with confidence and so we will be practing. A lot.
